Arguably, fash­ion doesn’t rank high on the list of con­cerns for most men of the upper Mis­sis­sippi. So it’s slightly amus­ing when the rest of the world dis­cov­ers the rugged cool­ness of the lace-up work boots and per­fectly broken-in leather bags they’ve been sport­ing forever.
